|Kenji Woodland works as the Systems Architect within the Mission Support business area at Lockheed Martin UK Ampthill. Kenji studied Mathematics at the Open University whilst working on the Eurofighter Defensive Aids Subsystem at BAE Systems and Selex. Then he joined Lockheed Martin in 2009 and worked on a C4I system as the System Architecture Lead.
Kenji has worked as the UK Systems Lead for an export turret opportunity and performed an 18 month secondment at NiTEWORKS in Farnborough (UK), acting as the System Architect for a future GBAD capability.
Currently Kenji Woodland supports the business area for UK and export C4I opportunities.
Ground Based Air Defence is changing, in many areas but not least in terms of the threat and in turn, the capability required to defend against the threat. Lockheed Martin believe providing open and flexible functionality is at the heart of ensuring the adaptability and longevity of the GBAD solution. This presentation aims to identify the specific needs of Ground Based Air Defence Systems and how Lockheed Martin are integrating the Luciad GIS product line within its SkyKeeper System to address them.
